Microarray analysis of committed cDC progenitors

Analysis of stage-specific gene expression in Zbtb46GFP/+ pre-CD8 DCs, pre-CD4 DCs, CD24 cDCs and CD172a cDCs Bone Marrow and Splenocytes were harvested from 8-10 littermate Zbtb46GFP/+ mice and sorted to >95% purity on the FACS AriaFusion.

本研究针对Zbtb46GFP/+小鼠的pre-CD8树突状细胞（pre-CD8 DC）、pre-CD4树突状细胞（pre-CD4 DC）、CD24型经典树突状细胞（classical dendritic cell, cDC）及CD172a型经典树突状细胞（cDC）开展阶段特异性基因表达分析。实验过程中，研究人员从8~10只同窝Zbtb46GFP/+小鼠体内采集骨髓与脾脏细胞，通过FACS AriaFusion流式细胞分选仪将目标细胞分选至纯度大于95%。
