Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), one of the most common endocrinal diseases among reproductive-aged women,is characterized by hyperandrogenemia, chronic oligo/anovulation and polycystic ovarian morphology. In this research, we presented microarrays to identify the differential expressed protein-coding genes and lncRNAs expression profile in the luteinized granulosa cells obtained from PCOS and healthy control patients. The human luteinized granulosa cells (hLGCs) were retrieved from the follicular fluid of normal and PCOS woman undergoing IVF or ICSI. RNA was extracted and hybridized to microarray screening of non-coding RNAs and mRNAs.

多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)是生殖年龄女性中最为常见的内分泌疾病之一,以高雄激素血症、慢性少/无排卵及多囊卵巢形态为典型特征。本研究采用微阵列技术,旨在鉴定多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者与健康对照者的黄素化颗粒细胞中差异表达的蛋白编码基因及长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNAs)的表达谱。本研究中的人黄素化颗粒细胞(human luteinized granulosa cells, hLGCs)取自接受体外受精(in vitro fertilization, IVF)或卵胞浆内单精子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection, ICSI)的正常女性与PCOS患者的卵泡液。随后提取RNA并将其与微阵列杂交,完成非编码RNA及信使RNA(messenger RNA, mRNA)的筛选检测。
