The work has been aimed at studying the differential transcriptome (mRNA and miRNA) expression profile through in vitro bacterial and viral simulated infection models (in Gaddi dogs and Labrador breed). Four experimental groups have been studied by subjecting the PBMCs of healthy dogs to three TLR-ligands (Poly I:C, LPS, and CpG) individually and compared with that of the Control group (No treatment). The differential transcriptomic (mRNA and miRNA) profiles have been studied to explore the systems biology through analyzing the pathways associated.

本研究以加蒂犬及拉布拉多犬为实验对象,采用体外细菌与病毒模拟感染模型,分析涵盖信使RNA(messenger RNA, mRNA)与微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)的差异转录组表达谱。实验共设置四组:将健康犬的外周血单个核细胞(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, PBMCs)分别暴露于三种Toll样受体配体(Toll-like receptor ligands, TLR-ligands):Poly I:C、LPS及CpG,并以未处理对照组作为对照。本研究通过分析相关通路,对上述差异转录组表达谱展开研究,以探索其系统生物学特性。
