Data for Measuring Visual Ability in Linguistically Diverse Populations

We adapted the 3 Novel Object Memory Tests (NOMTs) from Richler et al. (2017), with novel categories called Greebles, Ziggerins and Sheinbugs. We created a new version with Spanish instructions. Part 1 is a study randomly assigning Spanish-English bilinguals to one of the versions, and Part 1 is a comparison of the first 2 tests (G & Z) in each language, separately. Participants were tested on Prolific.

我们改编了Richler等人2017年提出的3项新颖物体记忆测试（Novel Object Memory Tests，缩写NOMTs），测试涵盖Greebles、Ziggerins与Sheinbugs三类新颖刺激类别。我们开发了一套配备西班牙语指导语的测试版本。第一部分包含两项研究内容：一是将西班牙语-英语双语被试随机分配至各测试版本的研究，二是分别针对两种语言，对前两项测试（即G与Z）开展对比分析。所有受试者均通过Prolific平台完成测试。
