RNA-Sequencing of postnatal thymic epithelial and immune subsets

To examine the role of key immune populations within the thymic stroma in interferon production, we conducted bulk RNA-sequencing on postnatal thymic epithelial cells, B cells, thymocytes, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, and myeloid dendritic cells. Bulk RNA-seq profiling of Fluorescence-Activated Cell-Sorted (FACS) populations from human postnatal (5 days, 3 month, and 4 month) thymus.为探究胸腺基质内关键免疫细胞群在干扰素产生中的作用，我们对来自人类产后（5日龄、3月龄及4月龄）胸腺的、经荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell-Sorted，FACS）富集的胸腺上皮细胞、B细胞、胸腺细胞、浆细胞样树突状细胞及髓系树突状细胞，开展了批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-sequencing）表达谱分析。
