Matched Longitudinal Image Pairs and Manual Alignment for Final Testing

Validation dataset for the paper:Chen, M., Cooper, R.F., Gee, J.C., Brainard, D.H. and Morgan, J.I., 2019. Automatic longitudinal montaging of adaptive optics retinal images using constellation matching. Biomedical Optics Express, 10(12), pp.6476-6496.<br>Matched pairs of longitudinal AO image triplets (confocal, split detection, dark field) at 20 locations across 4 subjects, and the manual alignments for each pair. This dataset was withheld during the development of the algorithm, and used only for the final evaluation of the algorithm.

本数据集为下述论文的验证数据集：Chen, M.、Cooper, R.F.、Gee, J.C.、Brainard, D.H. 与 Morgan, J.I. 于2019年发表的《使用星群匹配实现自适应光学视网膜图像的纵向自动拼接》，刊载于《生物医学光学快报（Biomedical Optics Express）》，第10卷第12期，第6476-6496页。数据集包含4名受试者的20个成像点位处的纵向自适应光学（Adaptive Optics, AO）图像三联体（共聚焦、分离探测、暗场三种成像模式）的匹配图像对，以及每对图像的人工对齐结果。本数据集在算法开发阶段被预留未使用，仅用于算法的最终性能评估。
