We hypothesized that DKK3 may exert oncogenic function supecifically in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). DKK3 knockdown in HNSCC cell resulted in decreased cellular proliferation, migration, invasion and in vivo tumor growth. Single analysis for each condition (HSC-3 parental cell, HSC-3 shRNA (scramble) and HSC-3 shDKK3 (lentvirus-mediated shRNA targeting to DKK3)

本研究假设DKK3可能仅在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC)中发挥致癌功能。在头颈部鳞状细胞癌细胞中进行DKK3敲低,可导致细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭能力及体内肿瘤生长能力均出现下降。本研究针对以下各组条件开展单因素分析:HSC-3亲本细胞、HSC-3阴性对照短发卡RNA(scramble shRNA)转染细胞,以及HSC-3靶向DKK3的慢病毒介导短发卡RNA(shDKK3)转染细胞。
