This project collects the sequencing data and assemblies generated for Nausithoe racemosa to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Symbioses-in-3D Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/symbioses-in-3d/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了针对总状游水母（Nausithoe racemosa）生成的测序数据与基因组组装结果，以支撑其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目作为水生共生基因组学（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics，ASG）项目的组成部分，所用样本由ASG三维共生协作枢纽（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/symbioses-in-3d/）提供。本项目产出的数据集遵循生命之树开放数据发布政策（Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy）（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行开放共享。
