<b><i>Background:</i></b> Due to the importance of function and cosmetics, periocular skin malignancies represent a therapeutic challenge. <b><i>Objective:</i></b> To evaluate the safety and efficacy of radiotherapy (RT) treating periocular skin tumors. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> Data of patients with periocular tumors treated with grenz or soft X-rays at the University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland, between 2009 and 2014 were reviewed. Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) with associated in situ lesions, cutaneous melanoma, lentigo maligna (LM), cutaneous lymphoma and Kaposi’s sarcoma were included in the analysis. <b><i>Results:</i></b> We found 159 periocular lesions in 145 patients. Overall recurrence was highest for actinic keratosis and Bowen’s disease (27%), melanoma (17%) and LM (15%), whereas SCC and BCC showed recurrence in 11 and 10%, respectively. 45% of all recurrences occurred within 12 months after treatment, with a median time to recurrence of 13 months (range 3–73). <b><i>Conclusion:</i></b> RT, which provides a good therapeutic response with minimal adverse events, is a therapy option for periocular cutaneous malignancies.
**背景**:鉴于眼周皮肤在功能与美观层面的双重重要性,眼周皮肤恶性肿瘤的治疗始终是临床面临的挑战。**目的**:评估放疗(radiotherapy, RT)治疗眼周皮肤肿瘤的安全性与有效性。**方法**:回顾性分析2009年至2014年间,瑞士苏黎世大学医院收治的接受边界线X射线或软X射线治疗的眼周肿瘤患者临床资料。本次分析纳入的病变类型包括伴发原位病变的基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma, BCC)与鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma, SCC)、皮肤黑色素瘤(cutaneous melanoma)、恶性雀斑样痣(lentigo maligna, LM)、皮肤淋巴瘤(cutaneous lymphoma)及卡波西肉瘤(Kaposi’s sarcoma)。**结果**:本研究共纳入145例患者的159处眼周病变。总体复发率最高的病变类型为光化性角化病(actinic keratosis)与鲍恩病(Bowen’s disease)(27%)、黑色素瘤(17%)及恶性雀斑样痣(15%);鳞状细胞癌与基底细胞癌的复发率分别为11%与10%。全部复发病例中,45%于治疗后12个月内出现,复发中位时间为13个月(范围3~73个月)。**结论**:放疗(RT)可获得良好的治疗应答且不良反应轻微,是眼周皮肤恶性肿瘤的可选治疗方案。
