Olive (Olea europaea) has a long history of medicinal and nutritional values own to it rich in polyphenol and fatty acids (FAs) in fruits. In order to better understand the biosynthesis important of these metabolites, we generated comprehensive Iso-Seq full-length and illumina RNA-seq transcriptome of fruits form five developmental stages: at 50, 80, 110, 140 and 170 days after flowering (DAF) . These data provide a foundation to elucidate the mechanisms regulating biosynthesis of polyphenol and FAs during the maturation of olive fruits.

油橄榄(Olea europaea)的果实富含多酚与脂肪酸(fatty acids,FAs),因此拥有悠久的药食两用历史。为深入解析这类代谢物的生物合成调控机制,我们针对开花后50、80、110、140及170天(days after flowering,DAF)共5个发育阶段的橄榄果实,构建了全面的Iso-Seq全长转录组与Illumina RNA-seq转录组数据集。该数据集可为阐明橄榄果实成熟过程中多酚与脂肪酸的生物合成调控机制奠定重要基础。
