Survey data underlying the publication: Machine Learning for Construction Delay Prediction: A Model Built on Statistically Validated Key Factors

The purpose of the study was to determine the causes of construction delays in Russia. The data was obtained by interviewing specialists on a 5-point scale on 32 previously identified factors.
