TCR repertoire analysis of CD14+ and CD14- CD8+ T cells in the human liver

TCR repertoire analysis of CD14+ and CD14- CD8+ T cells in the human liver. mRNA was extracted from 3300-12000 FACS sorted CD3+CD8+CD56-CD14+/- and the TCR repertoire was assayed using TCRseq protocol (Oakes et al 2018 Front Immunol, https://github.com/innate2adaptive/Decombinator). Demultiplexed data is provided.

人肝脏中CD14阳性（CD14+）与CD14阴性（CD14-）CD8阳性T细胞的T细胞受体（TCR）库分析。本研究从3300至12000个经荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）得到的CD3+CD8+CD56-CD14+/-细胞中提取信使RNA（mRNA），并采用T细胞受体测序（TCRseq）方案（Oakes等，2018，《免疫学前沿》（Front Immunol），https://github.com/innate2adaptive/Decombinator）对TCR库进行检测。本数据集提供已完成解多路复用的测序数据。
