Determinants of Asthma Following RSV Bronchiolitis in Early Life

We aim to prospectively define how specific genetic, biologic, and immunologic characteristics, along with environmental exposures, interact in children who experience severe RSV bronchiolitis early in life on the subsequent development of asthma, airway hyperactivity and allergy.本研究旨在前瞻性地阐明：在早期生命阶段罹患重症呼吸道合胞病毒（Respiratory Syncytial Virus, RSV）细支气管炎的儿童群体中，特定的遗传、生物学与免疫学特征，结合环境暴露因素，将如何相互作用，并进而影响哮喘、气道高反应性及变态反应的后续发生发展。
