Euphrasia confusa (eyebright), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Euphrasia confusa, common name eyebright, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了针对小米草（Euphrasia confusa，通用名eyebright）所生成的基因组数据（genomic data）与转录组数据（transcriptomic data），作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，旨在推动该项目的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所产生的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）向公众开放。
