A facile photocatalyzed strategy
for difunctionalization of styrenes
in the presence of CS2 and amines providing β-keto
dithiocarbamates has been developed. In the case of 4-nitrostyrene
and 2-vinylpyridine, however, only 2-arylethylthiocarbamates are interestingly
formed without the aid of photoredox catalysis/TBHP.
本研究开发了一种简便光催化策略,可在二硫化碳(CS2)与胺类存在的条件下实现苯乙烯(styrenes)的双官能化反应,生成β-酮二硫代氨基甲酸酯(β-keto dithiocarbamates)。然而,当以4-硝基苯乙烯(4-nitrostyrene)与2-乙烯基吡啶(2-vinylpyridine)为底物时,无需借助光氧化还原催化(photoredox catalysis)/叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)即可发生反应,有趣的是,仅生成2-芳基乙基硫代氨基甲酸酯(2-arylethylthiocarbamates)。
