NMR-DATA OF CARAPIN A – H

We are reporting here the NMR data of seven previously undescribed limonoids (Carapin A – G, including 3 tetranortriterpenoid-type spirolactone, 2 phragmalin-type, 1 apotirucallane‑type and 1 gedunin-type limonoids), and one new pregnane-type steroid (Carapin H) isolated from Carapa macrantha Harms (Meliaceae). The structural elucidation was achieved using spectroscopic and spectrometric methods, X-ray crystallography, and comparison with corresponding literature data

本研究报道了从大花洋椿（Carapa macrantha Harms，楝科Meliaceae）中分离得到的7个此前未被报道的柠檬苦素类（limonoids）化合物（命名为Carapin A–G，其中包含3个四去甲三萜类螺内酯（tetranortriterpenoid-type spirolactone）、2个普拉马林型（phragmalin-type）柠檬苦素、1个阿朴苦楝烷型（apotirucallane-type）柠檬苦素以及1个吉杜林型（gedunin-type）柠檬苦素），以及1个新的孕烷型甾体（pregnane-type steroid）化合物Carapin H。该类化合物的结构解析通过波谱学、质谱学方法、X射线晶体学技术，并与相关文献数据比对完成。
