Dataset 2 mainly introduces hardening schemes, including physical hardening schemes and software hardening schemes. The physical hardening schemes involve PCB board-level hardening and reinforcement using various protective materials, such as multi-layer board design, large-area copper pouring, compliance with wiring principles, component layout, and application of protective materials against X-rays, γ-rays and neutron irradiation. The software hardening schemes include triple modular redundancy (TMR), configuration refresh methods (readback refresh and timed refresh) and error detection and correction (EDAC, specifically Hamming code) and other methods, aiming to improve the system's reliability and anti-interference capability through different hardening measures.
