Novosphingobium sp. strains are a kind of beneficial microorganisms that can degrade diesel oil, organic phosphorus and aromatic compounds (phenol, aniline, nitrobenzene, etc.). Novosphingobium RL4 can dissolve phosphate ore and efficiently degrade phoxim pesticide. In order to deeply understand the genetic information of strain RL4, interpret its degradation characteristics and find the possible genes related to phoxim pesticide degradation in the strain, the whole genome of strain yp6 was sequenced by Oxford nanopore technology, and the obtained sequence was annotated and analyzed.
新鞘氨醇杆菌属(Novosphingobium sp.)菌株是一类可降解柴油、有机磷及芳香族化合物(苯酚、苯胺、硝基苯等)的有益微生物。新鞘氨醇杆菌RL4可溶解磷矿并高效降解辛硫磷农药。为深入解析菌株RL4的遗传信息、阐释其降解特性,并挖掘该菌株中与辛硫磷农药降解相关的潜在功能基因,研究采用牛津纳米孔(Oxford Nanopore)技术对yp6菌株的全基因组进行了测序,并对所得序列进行了注释与分析。
