Data and code for: Characterization of drive-induced unwanted state transitions in superconducting circuits

This dataset contains the experimental data and analysis scripts required to reproduce all figures from the accepted manuscript: “Characterization of drive-induced unwanted state transitions in superconducting circuits” (Phys. Rev. X, accepted 2025). The scripts use standard Python packages such as numpy, matplotlib, etc. Users can reproduce all figures by running the plotting scripts on the provided raw data. If you use these data or scripts, please cite both the Zenodo dataset DOI and the associated journal article.
