对转录因子(Transcription Factor, TF)序列变异体开展谱学分析,以绘制其特异性决定位点。整体实验设计:为49个转录因子融合标记微球菌核酸酶(Micrococcal Nuclease, MNase),通过成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列(Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats, CRISPR)技术构建序列变异体,并采用染色质内源切割测序(Chromatin Endogenous Cleavage sequencing, ChEC-Seq)完成谱学分析。
