资源简介：
黑龙江地面基本气象观测逐三小时数据，包括气温、气压、湿度、风、降水等要素。其中统计值为前一小时统计量，降水量为三小时累计降水量，滞后2天，每日滚动更新。
3-hourly basic ground meteorological observation data from Heilongjiang Province. This dataset covers meteorological elements including air temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, wind parameters and precipitation. The statistical values are calculated based on observations from the preceding hour, while the precipitation data refers to the cumulative precipitation over the three-hour period. The dataset has a 2-day time lag and is updated daily via a rolling update mechanism.
