We sequenced the whole exome and the whole transcriptome of 17 samples collected from mice. One sample is the normal tail sample which serves as control. The other 16 samples stem from seven different mice from a mouse model of Braf-activated and Pten-deactivated melanoma. From each of the seven mice, one primary melanoma sample from the tail was collected. From each but the first mouse, one or two lymph node metastases were extracted.

本研究对17份小鼠来源样本的全外显子组(whole exome)与全转录组(whole transcriptome)完成测序。其中1份为正常尾部组织样本,作为对照。剩余16份样本均取自7只构建BRAF激活且PTEN失活型黑色素瘤(melanoma)模型的小鼠:针对该7只小鼠,每只均采集1份源自尾部的原发性黑色素瘤样本;除第一只小鼠外,其余每只小鼠均获取了1至2份淋巴结转移瘤(lymph node metastases)样本。
