Tissue samples from healthy controls were collected from the same patient (n = 10) for both Right ventricle and septum. The tissue samples were collected in the Department of Heart Failure and Transplantology, National Institute of Cardiology, Warsaw, Poland. Overall design: To decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying RV remodeling in CTEPH, the transcriptomic profile of the RV and septum, were compared with those of a normal control group.
健康对照的组织样本采集自10名患者,所有样本均取自每位患者自身的右心室(Right ventricle)与室间隔(septum)。上述组织样本由波兰华沙国家心脏病学研究所心力衰竭与移植科完成采集。整体实验设计:为解析慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)患者右心室重构的潜在分子机制,本研究将患者的右心室与室间隔的转录组谱与正常对照组的转录组谱进行对比。
