Characterization of a Dual-Self Potentiating Pyrazinamide Analog, Morphazinamide

Sequencing data pertaining to the characterization of Morphazinamide as an anti-tubercular therapeutic. The aims of this study are to demonstrate in vitro efficacy of Morphazinamide as an anti-tubercular therapeutic and describe the mode of action in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Sequencing data in this project contain RNA-Seq data, Tn-Seq data, and whole-genome sequencing of Morphazinamide resistant mutants.

本数据集为围绕吗啉酰胺（Morphazinamide）作为抗结核治疗剂的表征研究所产生的测序数据。本研究的目标为验证吗啉酰胺作为抗结核治疗剂的体外效力，并阐明其在结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis）中的作用机制。本项目产生的测序数据包含RNA-Seq数据、Tn-Seq数据以及吗啉酰胺耐药突变株的全基因组测序数据。
