The effect of neutrophil depletion on skin transcriptome

Neutrophils patrol healthy skin at steady state. Here we evaluate whether the antibody-mediated depletion of neutrophils affect global transcriptome of the skin. Overall design: scRNAseq of skin from control and antibody-mediated neutrophil depleted mice.

中性粒细胞（Neutrophils）在生理稳态下巡逻健康皮肤。本研究旨在评估抗体介导的中性粒细胞耗竭是否会对皮肤的全局转录组产生影响。实验整体设计：对对照组及抗体介导中性粒细胞耗竭小鼠的皮肤样本开展单细胞RNA测序（scRNAseq）。
