Methods 1) Measure the selected cross-section of the river channel near the hydrological station. 2) Determine the bankfull water level based on the bank of the measured cross-section. 3) The bankfull discharge is determined according to the water level-discharge relationship of the hydrological station. Usage Notes The parameter of the characteristic length ld in the second page can be get through the calculation of the sum of the bed load and suspended load transport rate.

### 研究方法
1. 测量水文站附近选定的河道横断面；
2. 根据实测横断面的河岸确定平滩水位（bankfull water level）；
3. 基于水文站的水位-流量关系确定平滩流量（bankfull discharge）。
