This dataset contains images, color features, and postharvest quality analysis data from indoor growing microgreens. Image bank contains raw images of 9 species of microgreens grown indoors under different light intensities, obtained under different colors of light source, as well as the regions of interest extracted from each image. Dataset includes the color attributes extracted from the images, physicochemical and pigment analysis data. All python scripts for all steps of pre-processing, processing, modeling and validation of non-destructive machine learning methods for estimating pigment content are available.

本数据集包含室内种植微型蔬菜的图像、颜色特征及采后质量分析数据。图像库收录9种室内不同光照强度下种植的微型蔬菜原始图像(于不同颜色光源下采集),以及从每张图像中提取的感兴趣区域(Regions of Interest)。数据集还涵盖从图像中提取的颜色属性、理化分析数据与色素分析数据。用于估算色素含量的无损机器学习方法的预处理、处理、建模及验证各步骤的所有Python脚本均可供获取。
