RNA-seq analysis of in vitro infections of human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC) with various bacterial and fungal pathogens

Human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC) were infected with various bacterial and fungal pathogens and then subject to RNA-seq analysis to determine the transcriptional response of both the host and the microbes to infection.
