Characterization and genome analysis of Staphylococcus debuckii sp. nov., a coagulase-negative species from bovine milk. Staphylococcus debuckii strain:SDB 2975

We describe a novel species of the genus Staphylococcus, isolated from bovine mastitis milk. The species is Gram-positive, coagulase-negative and catalase-positive. This novel strain differs from closely related species at biochemical and whole genome level.

本研究描述了一种分离自牛乳腺炎牛乳的葡萄球菌属（Staphylococcus）新菌种。该菌种为革兰氏阳性、凝固酶阴性且过氧化氢酶阳性。该新菌株在生化反应与全基因组层面上均与近缘菌种存在差异。
