The small RNA-seq of 20 DPA ovules from wild-type and cotton mutants with two independent small RNA-seqs from G. hirsutum were performed using the Illumina platform in SE50 mode. The degradome sequencing for Gossypium hirsutum was also performed for mixed RNAs from 15 and 20 DPA ovules. These sRNA-seqs from cotton mutants were generated under the G. hirsutum [(AD)1] background; Ovule-0, Ovule-10 and Ovule-20 show the ovules in 0, 10 and 20 DPA, respectively.

本数据集针对野生型与棉花突变体的20 开花后天数(DPA,days post anthesis)胚珠,以及两份来自陆地棉(G. hirsutum)的独立小RNA测序(small RNA-seq)样本,均采用Illumina平台的SE50单端测序模式完成测序。针对陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum)的降解组测序(degradome sequencing),亦以15 DPA与20 DPA胚珠的混合总RNA为材料完成。上述棉花突变体的小RNA测序数据均在陆地棉[(AD)1]遗传背景下构建获得;其中Ovule-0、Ovule-10、Ovule-20分别对应0 DPA、10 DPA及20 DPA的胚珠。
