We compared the gene expression in roots between WT and fit mutant under +Fe and -Fe conditions using ATH1 microarray analysis to explore which genes are affected by the loss of FIT function. Overall design: RNA was harvested from root tissues from WT and fit plants grown on B5 for 2 weeks and then transferred to either +Fe or -Fe conditions for 3 days. Two biological replicates were prepared per genotype and per condition.
