马尾松种源变异及种源区划分的研究

在试验中, 采集了种源种子142份, 布置试验点 28处, 建立试验林3164亩和种源基因库7处262.7亩。通过苗期和对试验林幼林期形态特征、生理特征、物候期、适应性及生长量等20多个性状的观测, 积累了大量系统的数据资料。通过统计分析, 找出了马尾松在生长量、适应性、发育特性等性状的地理变异随纬度变化的渐变群变异模式 并在此基础上, 将马尾松种源初步划分为南亚热带、中亚热带和北亚热带3个种源带6个种源区, 为全国范围和局部区域的种子调拨提供了具体指导意见。积累了早期选择可行性试验的大量有价值的资料。 自1981年, 已在南方12个省(区)推广优良种源, 共造林 678.32万亩。

In this experiment, 142 provenance seed lots were collected, 28 experimental sites were established, and 3164 mu of experimental plantations along with 7 provenance gene banks covering a total area of 262.7 mu were constructed. A large body of systematic data was accumulated via observations on more than 20 traits including morphological characteristics, physiological traits, phenological phases, adaptability and growth performance at both the seedling stage and the young plantation stage of the experimental forests. Through statistical analysis, a clinal variation pattern of geographic variation in traits such as growth performance, adaptability and developmental characteristics of *Pinus massoniana* along latitudinal gradients was identified. Based on this finding, the provenances of *Pinus massoniana* were preliminarily classified into 6 provenance regions under 3 provenance zones: South subtropical, Central subtropical and North subtropical zones, which provided specific guidance for seed allocation across the entire country and local regions. A large number of valuable datasets and materials for feasibility trials of early selection have been accumulated. Since 1981, superior provenances have been promoted in 12 southern provinces (autonomous regions), with a total afforestation area of 6.7832 million mu.
