MetaCOXI is an integrated collection of curated metazoan COXI DNA sequences with their associated harmonized taxonomy and metadata. This collection was built on the two most extensive available data resources, namely the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) and the Barcode of Life Data System (BOLD).
MetaCOXI是一款整合了经人工整理质控的后生动物（metazoan）COXI DNA序列，及其配套的统一标准化分类学信息与元数据的数据集集合。该数据集集合依托当前两类规模最为庞大的公开可用数据资源构建，分别为欧洲核苷酸档案馆（European Nucleotide Archive，ENA）与生命条形码数据系统（Barcode of Life Data System，BOLD）。
