本研究针对经肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）刺激与未刺激的骨髓间充质干细胞（bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs）的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes, DEGs）分析，旨在探究TNF-α刺激特异性的MSC转录组。本研究以野生型小鼠未受TNF-α刺激的骨髓源性MSCs的RNA-seq数据作为对照组，以野生型小鼠经TNF-α刺激24小时的MSCs的RNA-seq数据作为处理组进行差异表达基因分析。
