Human lymphoma cells: BLS type vs. conventional diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)

mRNA profiling of BLS type DLBCL cells comparing with conventional DLBCL cells. The former were sorted from bone marrow and the latter were isolated from pleural effusions by using magnetic microbeads coated with anti-CD20 antibody after loaded onto a column. The goal was to determine the global genes upregulated in BLS type DLBCL. Two-condition experiment, BLS type vs.conventional DLBCL cells. Only one sample in each group due to limited tumor cells.

本实验针对BLS亚型弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma，DLBCL）细胞与常规型DLBCL细胞开展mRNA表达谱分析。BLS亚型DLBCL细胞从骨髓中分选获得，常规型DLBCL细胞则通过将胸膜积液样本上样至层析柱后，利用包被抗CD20抗体的磁微珠完成分离纯化。本实验的研究目标为鉴定BLS亚型DLBCL中全局上调的基因。本实验属于双条件对照实验，比较BLS亚型与常规型DLBCL细胞。由于肿瘤细胞数量有限，每组仅设置1个样本。
