Dataset used for midel fitting using lme4 to perform a linear mixed effects analysis of the relationship between CT_max as a response variable against the environmental variables of aridity, LUI (converted to a proportion), soil clay content, exotic plant ground cover, and total native woody cover (Canopy) designated as fixed effects.

本数据集用于借助lme4包开展模型拟合，以执行线性混合效应分析，探究以CT最大值（CT_max）作为响应变量时，与干旱度、转换为比例值的LUI、土壤黏粒含量、外来植物地表盖度，以及被指定为固定效应的本土木本植物总盖度（冠层）这些环境变量之间的关联关系。
