Dataset used for midel fitting using lme4 to perform a linear mixed effects analysis of the relationship between CT<sub>max</sub> as a response variable against the environmental variables of aridity, LUI (converted to a proportion), soil clay content, exotic plant ground cover, and total native woody cover (Canopy) designated as fixed effects.
