[UPDATED] Supplementary File: Trimmed version of sequence alignments of selected candidate HGTs in the genome of the choanoflagellate S. rosetta used in phylogenetic analysis

Peptide sequences of 130 candidate HGTs of <i>S. rosetta</i> aligned with representative sequences from selected metazoa, eukaryotic, and prokaryotic taxa using MAFFT version 7 and trimmed using Gblocks.

<i>S. rosetta</i>的130条候选水平基因转移（Horizontal Gene Transfer, HGT）肽序列，采用MAFFT 7版本与筛选自后生动物、真核生物及原核生物类群的代表序列完成多序列比对，并通过Gblocks进行序列修剪。
