Lean mice were submitted to either normoxia (controls) or CIH (CIH+) for 14 days. We analyzed liver and epidydimal adipose tissue signatures using transcriptomic analysis. Total RNA obtained from liver of 7 mice CIH+ and 8 mice controls to liver and 8 mice CIH+ and 8 mice controls to epidydimal adipose tissue . An Illumina RNA amplification kit (Ambion) was used according to the manufacturer’s instructions to obtain biotin-labeled complementary RNA from 250 ng total RNA.

将瘦型小鼠分为常氧对照组(对照组)与慢性间歇性低氧(CIH)组(CIH+组),持续处理14天。本研究通过转录组分析,检测肝脏与附睾脂肪组织的基因表达特征。分别收集CIH+组7只小鼠与对照组8只小鼠的肝脏组织,以及CIH+组与对照组各8只小鼠的附睾脂肪组织并提取总RNA。按照制造商说明书,使用Illumina RNA扩增试剂盒(Ambion),以250 ng总RNA为起始材料,制备得到生物素标记的互补RNA。
