The host-pathogen interaction and the molecular mechanisms underlying the pathophysiologic process of HPAIV infection in Crows or other wild birds is still remain largely unknown. Thus, as a first step to explore it, comprehensive global gene expression analysis performed in HPAIV infected and noninfected Crow lung tissue using high through put next generation sequencing.
高致病性禽流感病毒(Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus, HPAIV)感染乌鸦或其他野生鸟类时的宿主-病原体互作,以及该感染病理生理过程背后的分子机制,目前仍知之甚少。因此,作为探索该科学问题的首要步骤,研究团队借助高通量下一代测序技术,对高致病性禽流感病毒感染与未感染的乌鸦肺组织开展了全面的全基因表达分析。
