阿里山森林鐵路107年1至2月間正線出軌事故專案調查報告

阿里山森林鐵路於107年1至2月間連續發生4件正線出軌事故，嚴重影響行車安全，本部啟動專案調查機制進行調查，其中除107年1月18日新購列車測試出軌案，涉及車輛採購履約爭議，尚需進一步釐清確認，目前暫緩調查外，其餘3案均已完成專案調查報告如附件，調查範圍包括：
1.107年1月23日森鐵嘉義線16K+900M出軌事故；
2.107年2月14日森鐵嘉義線27K+400M出軌事故；
3.107年2月25日森鐵嘉義線20K+445M出軌事故。

Between January and February of the 107th year of the Republic of China (ROC, corresponding to 2018), four consecutive main line derailment accidents occurred on the Alishan Forest Railway, which severely undermined train operation safety. The competent authority launched a special investigation mechanism to conduct the inquiry. Among these cases, the derailment accident involving a newly purchased train during a test run on January 18 of the 107th ROC year involves disputes over vehicle procurement contract performance, which requires further clarification and confirmation, so the investigation into this case has been temporarily suspended. The special investigation reports for the remaining three cases have been completed and are attached as annexes. The scope of the investigation includes:
1. The derailment accident at 16K+900M on the Chiayi Line of the Alishan Forest Railway on January 23, 107th ROC year;
2. The derailment accident at 27K+400M on the Chiayi Line of the Alishan Forest Railway on February 14, 107th ROC year;
3. The derailment accident at 20K+445M on the Chiayi Line of the Alishan Forest Railway on February 25, 107th ROC year.
