为探究转录因子EB（TFEB）在足细胞（podocyte）中的功能，我们通过小干扰RNA（siRNA）构建了TFEB敲低的足细胞模型。实验整体设计：对足细胞中TFEB小干扰RNA组及其乱序对照siRNA组的转录组测序（RNA-seq）数据进行基因表达谱分析，以比较两组间的基因表达差异。
