This protocol proposes an empirical test of an information-theoretic prediction derived from the Holographic Collective Theory (HHH/CMEG). The theory posits that collective consciousness mediates relational coherence, with a predicted critical transition between autonomy and collapse. I operationalize the core variable—collective coherence C(t)—using an information-theoretic coherence measure derived from multivariate entropy (Watanabe 1960). I propose a controlled experiment in which a human dyad or small group is exposed to varying rates of external “witnessing” interventions (modelling Platinum Rule application). The prediction, derived from a phenomenological analogy to measurement-induced phase transitions, is that the trajectory-level variance of C(t) will exhibit a peak at a critical intervention frequency pc. This peak would serve as an early-warning signature of relational fragility. This protocol does not measure gravitational or cosmological effects; it tests only the relational coherence prediction. The protocol is fully specified, falsification conditions are stated ex ante, and independent reproduction is invited.
