本数据集以我国北方典型的电子垃圾拆解地天津静海县子牙电子垃圾拆解地为研究区域,在2015年对子牙电子垃圾拆解地进行采样,在采样的土壤中筛取HBCD降解菌HW-2,于2017年进行菌株的HBCD降解实验,在降解过程中通过提取DNA并利用q-PCR获得相关基因的表达量。数据包括:在第3、5、9天α-HBCD,β-HBCD,γ-HBCD,(+)α-HBCD,(-)α-HBCD,(+)β-HBCD,(-)β-HBCD,(+)γ-HBCD,(-)γ-HBCD降解组Dehalogenase-1、Dehalogenase-2、Dehalogenase-3、Hydrolase的相对表达量。数据集共有108条记录。

This dataset is based on the typical e-waste dismantling site in northern China, the Ziya e-waste dismantling site in Jinghai County, Tianjin, as the study area. Soil samples were collected from this site in 2015, and the HBCD-degrading bacterial strain HW-2 was isolated from the collected soil samples. HBCD degradation experiments were conducted using this strain in 2017. During the degradation process, DNA was extracted and the relative expression levels of relevant genes were determined via q-PCR. The dataset includes the relative expression levels of Dehalogenase-1, Dehalogenase-2, Dehalogenase-3 and Hydrolase under the degradation conditions of α-HBCD, β-HBCD, γ-HBCD, (+)α-HBCD, (-)α-HBCD, (+)β-HBCD, (-)β-HBCD, (+)γ-HBCD and (-)γ-HBCD at days 3, 5 and 9. A total of 108 records are included in this dataset.
