Mus musculus C2C12 transcriptome quantification during differentiation. Mus musculus

We aim to measure accurately the abundances of microRNA predicted targets during myoblast differentiation. Samples were calibrated using in-vitro RNA spike-ins that do not map to the mouse genome. The ultimate goal is to test if mRNAs are able to exert titration over microRNAs.

本研究旨在精准测定成肌细胞分化过程中微小RNA（microRNA）预测靶标的表达丰度。所有样本均采用不与小鼠基因组匹配的体外合成RNA spike-in对照进行校准。本研究的最终目标为验证信使RNA（mRNA）是否能够对微小RNA发挥滴定调控作用。
