Photocurrent variation caused by an ARC designed for double junction solar cells of (c) InGaP/GaAs and (d) InGaAsP/InGaAs, depending on the number of ARC layers.

两种优化抗反射涂层(Antireflective Coating,简称ARC)设计的反射率:(a)适配磷化铟镓/砷化镓(InGaP/GaAs)双结太阳能电池的四层ARC,以及(b)适配磷砷化铟镓/磷化铟(InGaAsP/InGaAs)双结太阳能电池的六层ARC。由针对(c)磷化铟镓/砷化镓与(d)磷砷化铟镓/磷化铟双结太阳能电池设计的ARC所导致的光电流变化,其变化幅度随ARC层数的不同而变化。
