Hypoxic preconditioning of h-AMSC culture has proven to increase the expression of VEGF, SCF, OCT-4, and BCL2 and HSP27. This study demonstrated and explained the existence of a new mechanism of increased h-AMSC survival in cultures with hypoxic preconditioning (O2 1%) via VEGF, SCF, OCT-4, BCL2, and HSP 27.

已有研究证实,对人羊膜间充质干细胞(human Amniotic Mesenchymal Stem Cells, h-AMSC)培养体系进行缺氧预处理,可上调血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor, VEGF)、干细胞因子(Stem Cell Factor, SCF)、八聚体结合转录因子4(Octamer-binding Transcription Factor 4, OCT-4)、B细胞淋巴瘤2(B-cell Lymphoma 2, BCL2)及热休克蛋白27(Heat Shock Protein 27, HSP27)的表达水平。本研究证实并阐释了一种全新的作用机制:在1%氧浓度的缺氧预处理培养条件下,通过调控上述VEGF、SCF、OCT-4、BCL2及HSP27的表达,可提升人羊膜间充质干细胞的存活能力。
