During hematopoiesis, Notch regulates both the emergence of stem and progenitor cells and the subsequent cell fate choices and differentiation. To investigate how Notch drives cells to differentiate we have used a genome-wide approach to identify direct Notch targets in Drosophila Kc cells. 在造血作用(hematopoiesis)过程中,Notch(Notch)可同时调控干细胞与祖细胞的产生,以及后续的细胞命运抉择与分化进程。为探究Notch介导细胞分化的具体机制,我们采用全基因组分析策略,在果蝇(Drosophila)Kc细胞中鉴定Notch的直接靶标基因。本数据集源自Su(H)(Su(H))染色质免疫沉淀芯片(ChIP-Chip)实验,用于鉴定Kc细胞经Notch激活后Su(H)所结合的基因组区域。实验共设置3次生物学重复,所有重复均在Notch激活30分钟后开展Su(H)染色质免疫沉淀操作。
