Technologies as the key resources of modern Russia`s regions: digital inequality and solutions for technological conflicts in the regional economy

This dataset was formed from a systematic sample of data from the dataset "Interactive statistics and intelligent analytics of the balance of the regional economy of Russia based on Big Data and blockchain" (Institute of Scientific Communications. URL: https://iscvolga.ru/dataset-russian-regions). It contains data for 2021 (based on the results of 2020). This dataset reflects the following statistics on the regional economy of modern Russia:
- "Funnels of backwardness" as a manifestation of differences in the rate of economic growth and living standards in the regions;
-Investments in fixed assets per capita;
-The share of innovatively active organizations;
-The share of innovative products.

本数据集源自《基于大数据（Big Data）与区块链（blockchain）的俄罗斯区域经济均衡交互式统计及智能分析》（科学交流研究所，网址：https://iscvolga.ru/dataset-russian-regions）的系统性抽样数据。本数据集包含2021年统计数据（基于2020年年度统计结果），反映了当代俄罗斯区域经济的以下统计指标：
- 体现区域间经济增速与生活水平差异的“落后漏斗（Funnels of backwardness）”；
- 人均固定资产投资额；
- 创新活跃组织占比；
- 创新产品占比。
