microbial diversity on Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy were divided into responders and nonresponders by imaging methods after 2 cycles of treatment. All patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy received surgical treatment, and we collected intraoperative cancer and paracancer tissues of responders and nonresponders, and conducted 16S rRNA sequencing to analyze the relationship between tumor flora and patient efficacy.

接受新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗的患者，在完成2个周期治疗后通过影像学方法被分为治疗应答者与无应答者。所有接受新辅助治疗的患者均接受了手术治疗，本研究收集了应答者与无应答者的术中癌组织及癌旁组织，并通过16S rRNA测序分析肿瘤菌群与患者治疗疗效之间的关联。
