Yeast preparations are commonly used as rumen regulators, but their mechanism of action is not yet clear. Based on our previous studies, we questioned whether yeast cultures (YC) would have an impact on rumen solid-associated (SA) and liquid-associated (LA) microorganisms and alter rumen fermentation. Addition of YC to high concentrate diets can change the abundance of major functional microbiota in rumen, especially in the solid fraction, which in turn affects rumen fermentation patterns and improves rumen digestibility.
酵母制剂(yeast preparations)常被用作瘤胃调节剂,但其作用机制尚未阐明。基于本团队此前的研究,我们提出疑问:酵母培养物(yeast cultures, YC)是否会对瘤胃固相附着(solid-associated, SA)微生物与液相附着(liquid-associated, LA)微生物产生影响,并改变瘤胃发酵状态。将YC添加至高精料日粮中,可改变瘤胃内主要功能微生物群的丰度,尤其是瘤胃固相组分中的功能微生物丰度,进而影响瘤胃发酵模式并提升瘤胃消化率。
